4. Activate Your Knowledge | Let’s have an egg hunt!
Have you ever participated in an egg hunt? This beloved Easter tradition is very common all around the world.
If you have, then you know how it works – basically, kids look for hidden Easter eggs. If you haven’t, get ready to have your very first one!
Since it’s an online egg hunt, we unfortunately can’t have chocolate eggs, but these are just as fun.
Maybe you’ve heard about a type of Easter egg that doesn’t have much to do with the religious holiday. In pop culture (movies, TV shows, music etc.) and in technology, Easter eggs are hidden jokes, references or homages creators add in their work just for fun.
Google has many Easter eggs. For example, if you search “thanos” and click on the Infinity Gauntlet drawing, half of the results will disappear, in reference to Avengers: Infinity War.

Here’s a video about some other Google Easter eggs:
In movie series, we usually can find many Easter eggs too. Marvel Studios does this a lot, since most movies are connected. The creator of Marvel comics, Stan Lee, appeared in every movie before he passed away.

Have you heard of Pixar Studios? Even if you haven’t, you surely know their movies. Pixar is an animation studio that belongs to the Walt Disney Company. They have produced successful series like Toy Story, Monsters Inc., Wall-E, Up, Brave, Finding Nemo, Cars, Ratatouille and many more.

Pixar is known for having many Easter eggs in their movies. Like in the picture below from the first Monsters Inc. movie, where Boo gives Sully a Nemo toy:

Fun fact – Monsters Inc. actually came out two years before Finding Nemo.
Let’s have a Pixar Easter egg hunt! The pictures below are all from Pixar movies, and they all have a small reference to other Pixar movies. Try to find the most you can.
